With twenty years experience of handweaving and dyeing I work from a small cottage in the depths of the Dorset countryside.
Living surrounded by the peace and beauty of the natural environment I explore the rich tapestry of colours of the countryside and seascapes and recreate all I see and experience of colour, light and texture into the unique woven textiles you see in the Gallery. The range of colours I use give rich jewel-like quilities to the fabrics as the interwoven threads blend or contrast in exciting or even subtle ways.
I love the traditional skill and craftsmanship of the handweaver and dyer being perpetuated in making new beautiful fabrics for you to use, to wear and to enjoy.
